I had a great experience all the way around. I made contact through marketplace and he gave me a quote after some questions and photos. I got to pick out my door color and style. I also got a new opener with a keypad. The work was great and it looks great too. I couldn't beat the price either. Very professional and I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had a broken garage door spring, they were able to get me on the schedule between a couple jobs the next day. Communication was fantastic I got a text notification when Isaac was in route to my job and the digital invoicing I found it to be very convenient. The quality of craftsmanship provided was extremely high, he did a very thorough job. He fixed the original issue I called him out for and also noticed a couple other repairs that needed to be done while he was there , he repaired the without trying to upsell me, just fixing what needed to be fixed. The door works good as new. Very honest and trustworthy I would highly recommend them for any and all garage door needs!

Isaac was recommended to me and we met to discuss replacing my old door with a new garage door. A few days later my old door came out of several rollers and was stuck in a half open position. I called Issac and he came out the same day and was able to get it fixed enough to close. We put my new door on order. He told me he would schedule installation when it arrived and everything was as he explained. Isaac is a dedicated and quality worker that knows his craft but also a good communicator. I really appreciate his focus on customer service and highly recommend Thapa Services.
Garage door would only go up a foot above the ground, and then get stuck.Called Isaac of Thapa Garage Services and he was able to fit me within his route the next day, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Also sync’d wireless remote that he reconfigured quickly. Amazing service that I trust, and pricing that was very fair. 10/10 would recommend!

I needed my old garage door replaced (60+ year old door!) and after calling around, Thapa had some of the best rates and availability. When he came out he even saved us more money by suggesting we make some minor adjustments to the garage ceiling to fit a standard style door instead of a low profile garage door. The replacement was done in one day, and my new door looks great! I would recommend Thapa garage doors to anyone.

Older Garagec door spring broken. Owner returned call promptly. Also changed to silicon rollers. All work done promptly. Door works and is so much quieter with silicon rollers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
